During 2020 Eagle House Youth Development proudly partnered with ADTRAC to provide a personalised wellbeing and employability programme to help young people progress into education, training or employment.
The course was a huge success and inspired the progression of all participants aged 16-24 experiencing unemployment in North Wales. The course offered support to develop confidence and overcome barriers which prevented their previous progression. All attendees attained their British Canoe Union Start Award and Agored Cymru Level 1 Award in Personal and Social Education. We were delighted to be a partnered organisation in this hugely successful project. ADTRAC supported 1194 young people between 2017-2021 and during that time 318 young people gained a qualification, 158 entered either education or training and 239 went into employment over 16 hours. Over 300 young people improved their mental wellbeing and 478 improved the employability.
